It exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. Situated in the heart of Makati business district, it's within walking distance of many popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was cozy, clean, and spaceous. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The cleanliness was commendable, and the room was well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. Their welcoming attitude made me feel valued as a guest. Complimentary breakfast was offered, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Given the affordable rates, it provides excellent value for money. It's an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, it is a solid choice for budget travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable place to stay. While it may not offer luxurious amenities, its excellent location, friendly staff, and affordability make it a smart choice for those looking to explore the city on a budget.

We booked because of its proximity location, walking distance froom PELE ( Peregrine Eye Lazer Institure) when both of us Seniors needed Eye Operations and cant drive- Parking was Free, BF free, Wifi strong enough, Wide spacious rooms, BEST OF ALL---Courteous staff! Clean rooms, ( though NOOT new--i dont mind the frills) it has mini ref---Location is so important, just few minutes safe walking nearby resto along Makati Avenue. Manager Mr Henry is very accomodating .

I made a reservation for Nov. 23,2019 3 weeks in advance, and Dar from fron desk assured me that my reservation is CONFIRMED. I even reconfirmed my booking Nov. 22 at 9pm and they have assured me that my reservation is confirmed. Then I get a text message today NOV. 23 when I was about to check in that THEY CANNOT ACCOMODATE ME BECAUSE THEIR GUEST DID NOT CHECK OUT!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE.
