Rio Suites

Thanks for the warm welcome, with clean environment, polite and kind staff. Towels are always replaced, as well as soap and toothbrush. The price is cheaper compared to other hotels but the service is with high quality.

I booked this hotel from an app and it offers good amenities and inclusions. The hotel's images from that app are clear and was good (what I've thought so). When the time I came to the hotel, it disappointed me. There was no complimentary water bottle, the floor was not cleaned through and the bed sheet was awful and got a stain on it as well as the balcony that is full of dust. Well what can you expect if you got it for a discounted price?

Rio Suites is an ok place located in quiet Mandaluong . The room is spacious , clean , disappointing part was on expedia they advertise that the place has balconies and they don't , all they have is a space that leads outside the room BUT its still part of the building and there's no way I was going to smoke inside . So here I go up & down 3 flights of stairs every time I wanted to light up speed me off . one more thing I felt so uncomfortable as I had trouble communicating to the staff as they couldn't understand English .. wouldn't you think before hiring that would be the #1 thing an employer would be looking for especially when dealing with tourists ? obviously not .
