Arrive Robinsons Place Manila in approximately 40 minutes by UBE Express bus from near Bay 12 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. (150 pesos, only 2 departures at 06:00 and 09:00 in the morning) From here, it is a 3-4 minute walk to the hotel. We visited the front desk at around 09.45am, but they said check-in would start at noon (12:00), so we had to keep our suitcases. This hotel stands facing the Via Mabini and has a large casino across the street from the hotel. There is also a line of hotels and a 7-Eleven. There are more than 4 hours to check in, so take a walk around. Even during the day, customers, beggars, and other people come to visit us. If you think of them as Asians, they talk to you in rapid succession in Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and so on. At night, people who feel more dangerous come to talk to me. After all, it seems better not to go out at night. It is a hotel room, but it has a large refrigerator and a bathtub. But there are no face towels, tissue paper or free mineral water. The water pressure in the shower is weak. There are also solid soaps, toothbrushes, shampoos and body watches. Breakfast is served at the coffee shop on the 1st floor from 06:00 am. Choices include ABF (American Breakfast) and FBF (Philippine Breakfast). While the casino and Robinsons Place Manila are nearby, the surrounding environment is not very good. On the last day, the bus from Robinsons Place Manila to Ninoy Aquino International Airport, which I was going to use on the return trip, never came. (I ended up using Grab. It was 432 pesos.)

The hotel staff were amazing however the rooms are not 2 star. They smell of smoke, there is rarely hot water and the beds and pillows are like sleeping on concrete. The cleaners start at about 0600-0630 each morning yelling down the corridors, definitely will not be back.

I have stayed in this hotel since 2011 when I am in Manila. Honestly, it's time to refurbished the rooms. I don't know how much more does the parent company wants to milk from this hotel. There is no air con along the corridor. Air con in the room is cooled by a casement unit and it rattle all the way. They can't even provide 2 bottles of water in each room. Furniture is old. If you want to shoot a movie based on the 80s, this hotel is for you. The room is seriously bare minimum. Hot water is a little inconsistent. However the Premier room size is generous. I am not expecting a 5 star hotel with a 3 star price. They did have an improvements. Now the room has a safe! TV channels are decent but the remote control are funky. The saving grace here are the staff and the location. The front desk staff is more polite compared to the pre covid ones. The doormen, security and staff are friendly and helpful. You can easily find 5 convenient stores within 150m. Several restaurants are nearby with a popular Japanese restaurant. If you are into ktv, you will be spoilt for choice.
