Ace Hotel and Suites

I just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my stay. From the moment we arrived, Luci and IC at the Front Desk made us feel genuinely welcome. They were very approachable, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we had questions. Their positive attitude really made a difference and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Vie from Sky High Bar. Vie was very attentive and took the time to recommend drinks for us based on what we liked. The suggestions were great, and it made our experience at the bar even more enjoyable. It felt like we were being taken care of by a friend rather than just being served.

Check in was a breeze. Food served at our team building activities were good. Breakfast was even better. Eggs done right. Nice spread. Veggies, fruits, cheese, spam bacon with coffee or hot choco. Lemonade 😁. Staff were attentive to our request. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Shoutout to the housekeeping team, especially kuya TRON who handled our floor. Room was cleaned to hotel-standard every single day - floors mopped, bathroom sanitized, bed made perfectly. You can tell management trains them well.
