BSA Twin Towers

Elevators and hallways don't have an AC. Location wise-it is just across SM Megamall so it was great. But overall, this was a so-so experience. This is more of a condo than a hotel. When you go downstairs, you will find stores (water refill station, laundry mat, salon, massage place, etc). Looks tacky for a hotel but ok for a condo. And parking is Php 300/night. Oh, not to mention, a lot of roaches.

my parents booked this hotel for two days and i was so shocked and scared na trauma ako sa DAMI NG IPIS! .. this hotel was recommended by my tita and to my surprise this was so disappointing. Sobrang dami ng ipis sa SHOWER. After ko nag shower may isang lumabas and not long after nagsilabasan na ang lahat hindi ko na tinapos maligo, and my brother didn’t get to shower na kase infested na tlga he couldn’t control it anymore. Patay lng sya ng patay pero dumadami padin sila sa washroom. We called ROOMSERVICE and said they will clean it, THEY DID NOT. instead, they only sprayed and picked up the dead cockroaches and never bothered to wipe down the floor. I DONT RECOMMEND. maganda lang sa labas pero pagpasok pa lang ng building may Amoy na. Ps: as soon as i went in the washroom I smelled something pero I didn’t know what it was, then my brother then said yung ipis yun. It still gives me chills till this day. Sayang kase it was our last few days that time sa PH before flying back and I got to experience this.

Hi Im Mr. Sherwin Reyes .Hardly noticed any problems..it was perfect stay I was with my girlfriend...she came from Tokyo,Japan and I came from Barbados last Oct.01, 2023. The suite was large enough.We came back Oct 14, 2023 same month and I could say the staff was accomodating enough to our needs.
