Loving it... Stayed 19 nights. Truly love the lounge and the smiley faces here. Very well taken care by Miss Fhae, Mr Mao and Mr Jon and team. Few of them really lift the hospitality benchmark and standard. Also the front desk Miss Camille and Kathleen's assistant for a great check-in experience and to resolve my book issue at IHG app. My (UPGRADED as a Diamond member) room was great and the housekeepers did wonderful cosy job to make me feel comfy everyday. Wanna to praise the management as you did real good job to motive the teams with full charge spirits all time. Keep up the good work. Rdgs Sk

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria while celebrating my husband's birthday. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family staycation. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise - it made our celebration even more special. Thank you to the team for going the extra mile! We did experience a minor issue with our key card, as it initially didn't have access to the Executive Lounge and later stopped working for our room. Thankfully, the staff resolved both issues promptly and professionally. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again!
