Fersal Hotel Annapolis

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is neat, comfortable and cozy. I'll definitely come soon again. The food in the restaurant is good and well priced. I like the free WiFi. It's very close to the Ali Mall, SM supermarket and araneta Centre. I'm impressed with the complimentary breakfast and free parking. Thanks guys.

Fersal Hotel is cheap, but it also needs a major renovation. It only has one tiny elevator, the room was leaking, the wifi was bad, the floor tiles were broken, and the bathroom was small. The food at the restaurant was okay. If you have better options, please choose your other option. Also, the room has poor soundproofing so I was not able to sleep well when we stayed here as we can hear the cars outside. It also has very limited parking.

The terms of the on-line booking I made for my stay were not followed by the hotel's reservations office. I filed a formal written complaint to hotel management. No investigation was done. The complaint was simply not taken seriously. A person, possibly an employee of the hotel (can't be sure since there was no identification given) sent an anonymous short message reply via the on-line booking service I used. They just said it was hotel policy. That they are different from other hotels. The room was dusty and dark. The toilet and bath was tiny. There was a limited number of cable channels available.
