Halina Hotel Avenida

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was very central. The room were dark, smelly and tired with an uncomfortable bed. The toilet didn't work well at all and the shower was cold. It seemed like the hotel was for "couples" and there were sex workers outside.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a weekday to avail of good internet connection. Availed of the promo (checking in at 7pm, checking out at 7am), which was cheaper. It's more of a lovers' motel. It's located right in the middle of busy old Manila.
