I spent a good time during my recent trip in Manila and the staff at business lounge were good and provided a best quality. Great job!

Dear Management Team, I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. My husband is an IHG One Rewards Ambassador member and part of the Diamond, We choose your brand for the consistent service and recognition we have come to expect. Unfortunately, this visit fell well short of those expectations. While the lobby initially made a great impression, the experience upon check-in was disheartening. Despite my husband’s Ambassador and Diamond status, we were not acknowledged, nor were the benefits associated with his tier reflected in our stay. We had initially been assigned a King Suite; however, after politely requesting that our parents' room be located on the same floor, we were told this could not be accommodated. When we returned for check-in later that day, we discovered our confirmed suite had been given away, and we were downgraded to a standard King room without any prior communication or explanation. Having arrived tired from our travels, we felt we had no choice but to accept the situation, though it was deeply upsetting. Furthermore, the condition of the 26th floor was unacceptable. Upon exiting the elevator, the hallway had a distinct and persistent odor of urine, which was a stark and unpleasant contrast to the atmosphere in your lounge floor. I value your property’s potential, but the lack of status recognition, the unmanaged room assignment, and the poor maintenance of the guest floor made for a difficult stay. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. We also want to enjoy our stay, so we used the pool and ordered food. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t great, and the drinks came in cheap plastic cups.
