From the very moment of my arrival, the entire process—including the warm welcome, the seamless check-in assistance, and the efficient delivery of my luggage to the room—was incredibly well-organized and professional. Cyril’s team demonstrated outstanding hospitality and attentiveness, which made my stay truly memorable.

Francis drove us to the airport. He has good attitude and helped us to find trolly for luggages at the Manila airport. Appreciate his good service !

Mr.Edison Mr.Arnold Mr.Cyrel Mr.Marc Mr.Kim Mr.Cedrick Mr.PJ they’re the best staff of New Coast hotel especially Mr.Cyrel and i forgot the name of that one guy but they’re the best! They will always assist you, welcome you every single time you meet in the lobby even out side of hotel or even if you meet every single minute in the lobby they will welcome you with hospitality and smile! Everything you imagine! Can’t cay a single bad thing on these marvelous people! If you ask hows my stay? Excellent! Cant say a word We always stay in New coast hotel since 2018 I’ve seen a lot of things in this hotel Their improvements their passion on serving people! And now the it’s mid 2026 and my family and i still chooses New Coast Hotel because of one thing The staffs! Like our kuyas! They’re hard working people! If you haven’t tried to stay in New Coast Hotel you definitely need to give it a shot to experience it! -john
