hope they can improve and finish the renovation, and improve the breakfast spread, the staff and guards were very nice and accomodating, they gave free upgrade due to the loud noise from teh renovations. but we did not experience the sunset by the pool there because of this. we were given rooms at the 8th floor though

The staff was superb and very helpful. Everyone was smiling and eager to greet or serve. Rooms are a bit old and need some renovation, to be honest. Walls are very, very thin. We were woken by the noise in the room beside us. We called the front desk and they were quick to act, though. Parking is limited on the hotel's premises, but you can park at NU, which is beside the hotel. You pay first, and they will reimburse you; you need to show your parking ticket and your room number. The only problem with parking on the other side is that you'll get wet when it's raining, and it's a bit of a walk outside. Hotel is across SMX, IKEA and MOA. Great location.

Had an absolutely great time! The Staff was so warm and accommodating, the rooms were spotless, cool and fresh smelling. It was our daughter’s ninth birthday and we went to the mall across S Maison for a movie viewing. We then returned to the hotel where Milk and cookies welcomed our kids!
