I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Manila Bay! The hotel is in a prime location, it made exploring Manila so convenient, especially with historical sights like Intramuros just a short distance away. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. My room was exceptionally comfortable and spotless. The gym is very well-equipped and clean. The food throughout the hotel was fantastic, but the breakfast spread was truly amazing with a massive variety of delicious options to start the day. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the extraordinary team. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and extremely helpful. A special shoutout to JM at the bar and Daisy at the coffee shop! Both were wonderful to chat with and they are very professional. They are so friendly and helpful. Our conversations were a genuine highlight of my trip and made me feel so welcome every time I dropped by. Don’t forget to try JM’s great drinks! If you're visiting Manila, I couldn't recommend Sheraton Manila Bay enough. I will definitely be back!
