Perla Mansion very conveniently locate close to the Greenbelt gives good access to mall, restaurants and transportation. Good security. The room was nice and clean. Spacious. Has a small TV and kitchen appliances. Running hot and cold water, very effective air con. Nice place to stay in downtown Makati.

very good value for money. good location and nice rooftop view and swimming pool. there is a great speakeasy bar at the same street that offer awesome cocktail. dont forget to try out the food truck at the same street. one of the best lunch i had in manila and it costs only 120 pesos.

I put a note in advance that i will be arriving 12noon to 1pm at Agoda. I havent sleep yet in 24hours from travel and im not allowed to checkedin since its the "usual process" and the manager or owner maybe is not that welcoming. thank you buuut ill never ever go back here.
