Tri-place

My wife and I planned to stay at this hotel for 12 nights. But after the first night, we decided we did not want to stay that long. After selecting a specific room with a bed that was suitable for my bad back, our room was changed without notification. The bed was so hard that my back hurt so bad I could barely walk the next morning. The shower had mold growing in it. We were told that hand towels were not available. The sink was not big enough to wash hands in, and only had cold water. When we decided to check out of this dump, we had to tell the desk clerk that we had an emergency that required us to leave the Philippines in order to get a refund for the unused portion of our planned stay. If we simply told them that we were not satisfied with the room, they would have kept our money for the entire period. This place is not worth anything close to the amount they charge. Don't waste your money!

All in all it was not as the best place/hotel I visited but I really appreciate them, Though they're very approachable. I've been into diff. places and I should say, You should try to visit they're hotel.

No customer service at all! Will never go back. Front desk do not know what customer service is all about. They will alway use this excuse " sorry but it was not endorsed to me". Management assigned a newly hired front desk personnel during the evening shift who has no idea what she is doing or what to do. Key card of the door is poorly installed. A very thin blanket. Claims that Restaurant opens at 6:30am but it never happened during my 4 days of stay.
