This was the first hotel that was very rude to me. You made me feel stupid and I had to call their staffs out - I won’t tolerate this behavoir being normal.
1. RUDE SECURITY GUARD AND MANAGEMENT
The management wouldn’t wait for me to answer. I was welcomed by a staff if I wanted early check in - cut me off to say “No, all rooms are all full. Are you still going to check in later?” They ask me to change in the CR that smelled bad and a leaking toilet.
My room was near the elevator that was actually connected to a condo and not part of the hotel. The guard called me out this is not part of the hotel. And then the night shift guard, I wanted to buy in 711 because I had an emergency - I did not intentionally mean to go out of the condo elevator I just thought 711 was part of the hotel. But the guard really had enough and escorted to walk me back from the groundfloor and said I need to stop talking, turn around from the condo elevator, go outside again back to the main hotel entrance hall… note there is no sign saying this elevator is not for guest and it is the one near my room.
2. My entrance card was not charged and I had to go back to the lobby for the third time because they said they forgot to charge it.
3. They have a resteraunt beside them, delicious food. Says Cash and Gcash but when I wanted to use Gcash said their Gcash isn’t working right now. I ask help from the hotel because ATM machine wasn’t working. And staff was like “we don’t change credit card with cash.” Like we can’t help you and advised me to find another ATM, like did you try the other hotel beside us? The clerk of the resteraunt had to help me find a way instead of the hotel staffs who did not want to be associated with the resteraunt.
4. I paid more than others for a hotel that had 3.5 stars but hallway smelled like cigarettes.
5. First day, I was scammed by a metered taxi the guard called for it but the taxi did not use meter. The taxi insisted for me pay for ₱150 for a 5 minute drive to MOA and insisted he can wait for me and charge me more.
6. Saw hookers often coming in and out and I’m like this hotel is a motel. Didn’t even ask for IDs in the entrance like this was another revenue stream of the hotel.
7. And when I complained to speak to the manager all these rude behavior, no one was available. A staff apologize but I don’t need your apology. I had to call you guys out! There’s no accountability because there’s been many guests the staff mentioned who already complained and my complaint was not recorded on the phone.
P.S. This pencil was not intentional. They gave a pencil I can’t write on.

Before my graduation we decided to check-in here booking a premier twin room, the room was very spacious, but I think there was a leak inside the bathroom. the staff were actually were hospitable. The concierge greeted me with a smile for my milestone. Calling the operators for replenishment of amenities is also smooth and fast. Overall our stay is good. Thank you!

One of the most convenient hotel I went and stayed here in Manila. Recommended for people, like me, who often go to concerts or malls for shopping and needed a place to stay since it is near Mall of Asia. Plus, the staffs are accomodating. Also, the foods in the cafe and restaurant is top notch!
