Stayed in this place the last time I was on holiday 2016 stayed for 2 months Sorry to say its not a nice place to stay Would not recommend it to anyone Stay away some of my stuff was taking from my room and so noisy every night with drunks Sorry no photos of the place but don't go there there is better

This place is a good choice for group travelers, good location. Nothing more I can say but this place is okay for having atleast a night prior to activities the next day. Rooms and ac are okay. Quietly located in the city.

I have only been her one night so far, am planning at least two more, so am speaking from a fly on the wall aspect. Nice presentation from the outside, nice office. I am guessing it's a family run business, you know, it has that relaxed feel. I booked a standard double room. It's clean, comfortable bed, clean sheets, gas cooking, kitchen, bathroom is ok, toilet is clean. The design is extraordinary, all rooms face in to a garage type/ croft. No views to speak of but dryness assured during inclement weather. The room is large. The daily rate is 988php with deluxe rooms upwards of about 1500php. I am being critical but hard to find anything to complain about. It's relatively cheap, they offer weekly and monthly rates and is open 24 hours, so what's not to like? There is a shop in the reception, motorelas are 20 metres away, Ayala district ( shopping centre) is 5 minutes away, the area is quiet residential.
