Dumaguete Springs Apartments

Poorly equipped and badly maintained. Not even a tin opener in the kitchen when we arrived, no tumblers, only 3 bowls, no teaspoons. Cooking equipment two camp style pots and a frying pan with a loose handle! Floors filthy, bathroom dirty . Thin sheets over stained and torn mattresses, no sign of mattress protectors. Dangerous electric sockets with exposed wiring. Swimming pool went green for 3 days Staff friendly but obviously are ignorant of acceptable standards and lacking both supervision and guidance.

Fully equipped kitchens with pots, dishes, etc, four burner ranges, full-sized refrigerators, one or two bedrooms, air conditioned, free Wi-Fi, bottled water delivered for $1 for 5 gallons, pleasant and professional staff. Across the street from a hypermart with everything. Small pool. Deposits are required. (In country by bank deposit.) I've stayed here several time and will keep going back. Good restaurant on-site.

We stay here for 3 week and the condition of the apartment is very good. Near with the hypermarket and we can cook on the apartment. One of the best area to stay in Dumaguete. Friendly staff and helpful. Will visit again!
