Pura Vida Beach & Dive Resort

Pura Vida was a wonderful place to stay. The food was fantastic, with a consistently high level of quality, and the beautiful surroundings made it a very relaxing place to spend time. We particularly loved the authentic feel of the accommodation, with its charming house-style architecture, as well as the comfortable beds. For divers, the location is excellent, and the resort is a great base for exploring the underwater world around Dauin. The bar was also a lovely place to relax after a day of diving. Overall, Pura Vida combines great food, a beautiful setting, comfortable accommodation and a fantastic diving experience.

This is a very nice hotel near Dumaguete, it is located right on the black sand beach of Dauin. The rooms are simple but clean and are all near the beach. The hotel features a restaurant serving delicious food. 2 swimming pools and a diving school. You can explore everything from this hotel. Sail to Apo Island or discover the beautiful Casaroro waterfall.

My second stay in 8 months and once again it was outstanding. The team were simply brilliant and throughout each day as they passed me in the grounds or served me they greeted me with a smile and called me by my name. After busy days working in my office I looked forward to returning to this oasis! I can't speak highly enough of the facilities and service! I'll be back
