facilities and amenities are superb! staff are very hospitable and attentive to guest needs, tours and activities are very organized, guides are very approachable and helpful whenever we need assistance, they also take pictures so well! food & bev team goes beyond the service and surprises you with their specialties, housekeeping team is approachable as well and they make sure our room never runs out of the basic needs. This place truly makes you want to go back! You get what you pay for!

From the moment we landed until the day we departed, every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed with exceptional care. The experience began with a personalized airport pickup, followed by access to the exclusive El Nido Resorts lounge. We were then transported by shuttle to the private ferry terminal, where the scenic boat ride to Lagen Island marked the perfect beginning to our vacation. Everything was seamless and stress-free. What truly sets this resort apart is its incredible staff. Because the resort is relatively small, the service felt genuinely personal. It wasn’t long before many of the staff members greeted us by name and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, attentive, and eager to make our stay special. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, and it was absolutely stunning. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and stocked with every thoughtful amenity we could have wanted. We especially appreciated the little touches, including umbrellas, beach bags, hats, slippers, and keepsakes that made our stay even more memorable. The excursions were another highlight of our trip. The guides were knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about sharing the beauty of El Nido. Every outing was well organized, fun, and informative, making it easy to appreciate the incredible natural surroundings. The food deserves special recognition. Every meal was outstanding, with an impressive variety and exceptional quality. It was honestly some of the best resort dining we’ve experienced anywhere. Overall, El Nido Lagen Resort delivers a true luxury experience without ever feeling pretentious. The combination of personalized service, breathtaking accommodations, outstanding dining, and unforgettable excursions made this one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend El Nido Lagen Resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable island escape. Five stars aren’t enough!
