Empire Suites Hotel

Staff was very rude all throughout our stay. Although we had a free shuttle service to and from the airport, it was a really traumatic experience because in all of the hotels I've stayed for work, their staff is the worst. In our more than 1 week of stay here we never got to hear the receptionist greet us good morning. The receptionist named Thea was very unprofessional as she was very sarcastic in answering my questions when I handed my payment even if I was asking very nicely. She made me feel really unwelcome and even if I requested nicely, she was quick to shut me down. She brought up the issue from days ago on my room transfer and she confessed that that was the reason why she treats me bad. She was very very unprofessional.

Very clean, excellent service and very friendly front desk (Joy, Thea, Aila). Helped with transfer. Cannot beat location, walking distance to rocking nightlife and yummy restaurants. Love it. Aesthetic is wonderful, new facilities. Fluffy pillows and nice bed.

The Room is really comfortable, clean and well provided with toiletries. The staff is very approachable attentive to guests other needs. They are very honest. One of our companion left his phone at the couch and it was brought to our attention that one of our companion left his phone. We are impressed with the sincerity they have.
