Location is near to market, sm, even to fastfoods. Great location if you are on a budget. The only problem is the internet, no connection inside the room. They also dont do housekeeping everyday or atleast every other day, you need to request for that.

Nice budget hotel with a swimming pool. I had a problem with no hot water in my room which took a couple hours to resolve by giving me another room at the end of my evening when I was tired and really wanted to take a shower. The second room worked much better. The shower was hot and the room was bigger with a matrimonial bed.

Our room was tiny on the first floor, the bathroom is so small that your knees are touching the walls while sitting on the toilet. We had ants and roaches crawl through the door as well as swarms of mosquitoes. The The breakfast buffet was pretty terrible, the only good experience we had was the Kare Kare dinner was really good.
