Disgusting, noisy, unpleasant.
The planes take off right next(!) to this hotel, be prepared for a few minor heart-attacks from the sudden engine bursts.
The staff weren’t exactly rude, they just didn’t care that you were there. When we arrived we were given a room at the front of the hotel next to a very busy road, we asked for a room at the back. ...Maybe we should have taken the other one.
The toilet did not flush and the bathroom was disgusting. We were afraid to use the shower and used the public bathrooms in the mall because they were much much more clean.
The windows didnt close properly, the curtains didnt fit the windows so you could look inside, there was only one lamp, so you had to get up to turn it off.
I asked for the wifi password, the girl looked up from her smartphone said “it’s not working so good” and went back to her smartphone. I asked again and she grumpily gave the password. She was right that it didn’t work so well but it git a little better late at night.
There were posters everywhere about a free breakfast and the lady told us breakfast was from 6-9. When we walked into the restaurant area at 7 we were greeted with a “what do you want”, and not a welcoming one at that.
Not that we would ever consider having breakfast here, I just wanted to see if there was actually monkeys being kept there like someone posted in a review I had just read.
We didnt see them but were ushered out of the ‘free breakfast’ area before I could be certain.
This place was recommended by what we thought was a luxury resort, Modessa, which is why we never verified the reviews. Read my Modessa review and all will become clear.
There was literally nothing good about this place.

The room was clean and the airconditioning was great as it was a humid day when we arrived. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We managed to looked around the city and ate local seafoods, thanks to the advice of the staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights and its good that its near to Clubs like Tiki Bar. Reception and kitchen staff were friendly and accomodating. My friend got LBM for some reasons and the reception assisted us with an oitment. Without it, my friend mighr be brought to the hospital. They just need to improve the toilet where there is no available soap. hehehe
