Aziza Paradise Hotel

We had a couple of nights here last weekend and we were satisfied. The room was just enough big for us, the swimming pool was refreshing after a long day out. Dinner was nice and reasonably priced and the boxed breakfast was an awesome offer on our last day, because of early departure. Thank you.

Tired, dated, needs care throughout. The pool area was well centrally located & overlooked by the restaurant/bar area. The gardens by the pool were sad & need urgent attention. Unfortunately, the hotel is not close to amenities. The staff throughout the resort were generally attentive & helpful. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The balcony was awkward & not usable, not even to dry any clothes. The bed was comfortable with crisp linen. The ensuite bathroom was spacious with a good selection of toiletries & huge vanity. But it was very disappointing that face washer, bathmat & hand towels were not provided – we had to request & SIGN for them!?! They only provide 2x brown bath towels. We booked treatments at the day spa for first thing in the morning, but the therapists were 2hrs late. And the treatment wasn’t very good. And they demanded payment in cash, not allowed to charge back to the room. Wouldn’t recommend staying here anymore than 1 night.

A great hotel in Puerto Princesa. Once we arrived at the airport, the pickup was there waiting for us. The staff is very gentle, and the breakfast is also nice, it has various kind of food. On the last night we had a very early check-out (around 2.30 AM) because we had booked an excursion, and the staff offered to make a take away breakfast for us. 10/10 would recommend!
