I recently had the pleasure of staying at ABC Hotel for a full week, and I can honestly say it exceeded every single one of my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the minute I checked out, the entire experience was seamless, warm, and truly memorable. First impressions matter, and ABC Hotel nailed it right at the entrance. The lobby is beautifully designed, clean, spacious, and has a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The front desk staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled my check-in quickly, answered all my questions about local attractions and transport, and even went the extra mile to upgrade my room when they noticed it was my anniversary. Their hospitality set the tone for the rest of my stay. My room was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious with plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens and pillows that made every night’s rest deep and restful. The air conditioning worked quietly and efficiently, and the room had all the modern amenities I needed: a flat-screen TV with multiple channels, a mini-fridge, a safe, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi that never dropped connection — even when I was working from my room. The bathroom was also immaculate, with hot water available instantly, strong water pressure, and premium toiletries provided daily. Dining at ABC Hotel was another highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options — from fresh local dishes and international favorites to healthy fruits, pastries, and beverages. Every item was fresh, flavorful, and replenished promptly. The restaurant staff were attentive, always keeping tables clean and ready, and making sure guests had everything they needed. I also tried their dinner service twice, and both meals were delicious, well-presented, and reasonably priced. The hotel’s facilities are well-kept and impressive. The swimming pool area is clean, peaceful, and great for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. There’s also a well-equipped fitness center that I used regularly, and it had everything needed for a good workout. The entire property is maintained to a very high standard — I noticed how clean the hallways, elevators, and common areas were at all times. Location-wise, ABC Hotel is ideally situated. It’s close to major transport links, shopping centers, restaurants, and popular tourist spots, making it very convenient for both business travelers and vacationers. Even though it’s in a central area, the rooms are soundproof, so there was no noise disturbance at night. What truly makes ABC Hotel stand out, though, is the genuine care and attention from every member of the team. Whether it was the housekeeping staff who ensured my room was always in perfect order, the concierge who helped arrange tours and transportation, or the security personnel who were always polite and vigilant — everyone made me feel valued and safe. I would not hesitate to recommend ABC Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality, and welcoming place to stay. The last time I stayed in this hotel was over 3 and half years ago. I gave it 5 star review and once again 5 star review. Best hotel in angeles if not whole of philipines. The room, staff, food, drinks, gym and rest of the amazing facilities this hotel is second to none. My friends who visited for the first time said they want to return next year just for the hotel. Says it all tbh.

Stayed in the Presidential Suite and WOW — what an experience. The staff went above and beyond from the moment I arrived; nothing was ever too much. The food was great, easily the best I’ve had in Angeles. I genuinely wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Angeles. The location is perfect, the pool is spot‑on, and the rooftop bar is absolutely unreal with great cocktails. This place delivers.
