Pros: - The house is so spacious. - The whole area is quiet and peaceful. - Not too expensive. - The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially those at reception. Cons: - A bit rundown. - The waterpark has been permanently shut down, they now have a swimming pool only. - The whole area is a bit lack of maintenance, but I don't mind it much.

The towels and water bottles were not free whilst in every hotel I’ve been to (I mean a lot) has those for free and there was no telephone in the hotel room to contact room service that I had to call using my mobile phone. 😮‍💨

Pros: -affordable rate Cons: -Not maintained -The room has rust -Lotssss of millipede (anthropods) outside the villa, and even inside our room (CR)!!!!!! -high grass; not maintained -hard to locate our villa number at night (no spotlight in front) -no slippers provided -no bathrobe provided -300 pesos entrance fee per head (adults and kids) if you’ll be using the hotspring (but take note, the hotspring or thermal pool is not even working / under maintenance. The water is not clean / not maintained (lots of falling leaves, etc) -centralized aircon (so if you want a cooler room especially in the afternoon, they cannot do anything about it) -low pressure water; sometimes, few drops only -the hot and cold shower is malfunctioning -I hope the (Filipino breakfast) daing na bangus is boneless -the slides/waterpark is under maintenance (I hope they can put a heads up or note in Agoda or in their official website) -50 pesos for extra pillow -no availble wifi/internet in their villa -few staff
