the stay should be relaxing except for the fact that we was transfer from one room to another due to aircon malfunction.. The staff named Roldan is courteous and helpful! Kudos to Sir Roldan!

Security guard (Mr. Ambida T.) at parking area is most attentive to our needs. Guiding us, helping carry our luggages, ensuring we have a good spot for our senior citizen passenger since we always went out during the day. He was really accomodating! The staff from the entrance of the hotel to the upper most floor has the warmest smile and most respectable gestures! Even the clinic nurse is kind and patient with us requiring their expertise even at very late at night. Shuttle service is prompt! And wifi is great Ü
