Disappointing experience – lack of management and poor quality While the staff try to come across as friendly, the overall atmosphere is ruined by a complete lack of leadership and professionalism. Instead of a relaxing environment, we had to deal with loud shouting and disruptive noise—such as staff spending 30 minutes handling ice and rattling boxes—making it far from comfortable. The food was thoroughly mediocre and a complete waste of money: The Cordon Bleu felt like something straight out of the 1990s, featuring an overly thick crust, zero melted cheese, and just salty ham inside. The Pancit Canton was equally disappointing; we were left searching for any sign of chicken in it. If you want a pleasant drink or a proper night out, you are much better off heading to a regular bar where it’s actually comfortable. Sadly, this place suffers from absent management and zero leadership. Save your money and skip this place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfasts and very relaxing to enjoy sitting by one of the two pools. Rhoda the first aider provided me with tender but professional care patching up my hand. Many thanks for a wonderful visit.

My favorite place to stay in Angeles City friendly staff and a excellent restaurant.Been coming here since 2016 and will stay here on my next visit.
