I truly recommend this place, they offer world class service plus the staff are very friendly and approachable especially at the lounge area namely Sandiza, Jasper, Anna, Vincent, Kyle, Sharmaine. The chef is also very friendly..They were very friendly, professional and empathetic. Kudos to all of you..

We have been using the Crown Plaza as our home in Manila for nearly 20 years. The people there, such as Ms. Kathleen Francisco, are our extended family. Yes, the rooms are updated, the food delicious, the location excellent and services competitive. However, it is the people treating us like family which brings us back! From the nice lady cleaning our room, the men greeting us at the door or arranging our transportation, the kind servers at the restaurant and pleasant workers at the front desk, everyone welcomes us with friendship and hospitality.
