Blues Hotel

I stayed here for one night prior to an early morning flight from Poznan Airport, the hotel is located quite a distance from the city centre and there was nothing to do in the area where the hotel was located. We picked this hotel for it's accessability to the airport, what we didn't realise is that although we could easily see and hear the noise from the runway out of our rooms it was actully a longer drive from the hotel than expected. The hotel was more expensive and less impressive than another hotel I had stayed in, in Torun the previous few nights but it served it's purpose, it was clean and the rooms were nice although could have done with modernising slightly, although judging by more recent photos the hotel has had a bit of a makeover since my visit.

Nice hotel. Quite far from the citi central but easy to reach the highway.

I stayed there for one night in December 2007, after driving all day. It is placed conveniently near the main road when driving from Germany. The room I got was very spacious with two beds, a big bathroom, tv and a workspace. Free internet (wifi and cable) was offered. It's a good place to stay to rest. However, no nearby shops (as far I could see the night I was there), so I drove into downtown Poznan (3-5 km) to eat. Free parking was also offered. The staff was also very polite.
