Hotel IKAR, was an absolute delight, fantastic service and creative food served with passion. The one highlight was, I just missed supper time, but the lovely staff in the restaurant said it was no problem to serve me supper, to my delight! Chef cooked me a fillet steak to perfection! Poland is a beautiful country with great people, I will be back! 😎👩🏻‍🎓

Friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast and within easy walking distance of the Old Town Square and the beautiful and interesting Park Citadela. Also it is on a direct bus route to the main railway station.

Very old and unglamorous hotel but clean and large room. But a lack of Aircon meant sleep was literally impossible. With the windows open, the constant roar of traffic conspired for one horrendous night. What was truly unforgivable was the attitude of the male Receptionist who refused to give me a fan or move me to another room, saying all were full, which seemed unlikely. I checked. Still taking bookings online for that night. Air-conditioned lobby, mind you. They wouldn't expect staff to work in that heat, but what about guests trying to sleep?
