Sheraton Poznan Hotel

Probably the most disappointing Sheraton I ever stayed on. And have travelled all over the world for 40 years. And my reason for the disappointment is only due to the servicelevel and very unrude staff. Nice rooms and great parking but the staff has a lot to improve.

The hotel is in a good location close to the train station and a shopping mall. The rooms and nice with nice beds and bedding. The bathroom is difficult for more than one person to use as there’s limited counter space and they don’t want you to use the outlet for the hairdryer. The toiletries are scented for men in Warm Oak scent. As a woman, it’s a difficult bathroom to use with limited counter space. The staff here is hit or miss. Some are incredibly rude including a young woman in the restaurant and a guest service worker at the check in desk. I travel here often to visit family but I am not sure if I would stay here again.

We landed at the Sheraton on our next sentimental trip to Poznań. It's a special, personal place for us. We value this hotel for many reasons. Its excellent location, accessible on foot, by bike, or by public transport, makes everything easy, and it's the Jeżyce district of Poznań... The hotel itself is, of course, above all, its staff, who are able to make your stay truly unique. Many new faces, old friends, and the high standard of guest care are a credit to the management, despite the passage of time. The people of Poznań are solid individuals. This is a place we miss and return to. We notice more greenery and more living plants in the hotel, which is a very pleasant surprise. Our room has silent and efficient air conditioning, and the ability to open the window, which is very important to us. We prefer to stay in our room with the window open, but on these hot days, the air conditioning was a lifesaver.
