The hotel is not really central, although it takes about 15 minutes to walk, so it is not too far from downtown. The rooms need to be renovated and updated; the furniture is too old and needs an urgent facelift. Both the mattress and the comforters were uncomfortable, just the same. The comforter they provided was so small that if you moved, you would be uncovered. I found it completely ridiculous that for a hotel of that size, there was only one elevator, just one! You could spend a long time waiting for it. There were several waiters at the lobby bar who seemed very unpleasant and unfriendly; it seemed they did not want to serve, despite it being quite early. Nothing like the breakfast waitresses, who were much more pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was just okay in variety and quality; it is something that could be improved. The dinner did seem bad; the salmon they served us was dry and tough. It has things to improve, but if you are just passing through for one or two nights, it is bearable.

They took empty milka packages with lottery codes hidden in my shopping bag and threw them away. If I win, I won't be able to collect my prize. I spent several hundred złoty on this lottery.
