Pretty basic, bed was bit hard but good place to base yourself for a lovely trip around krakow. Breakfast was okay, you could always find something even if it was toast.

Great hotel very central to the square a 10 minute walk through the park Hotel was very clean nice staff We did get an upgrade but it wasn’t anything different to what I had booked just looked like the standard room Beds comfy but very low and pillows were not the best very soft we had to ask for another one each which wasn’t a problem Nice shower in bathroom with shower gel provided The room lacked a bin in the bedroom only bin was in the bathroom which wasn’t big enough had to use a carrier Breakfast was nice staff again were friendly We arranged trips through hotel would of liked more info as we were picked up from there but wasn’t aware we wouldn’t be dropped back off at hotel but at the radison blue Would recommend this hotel in a beautiful city to visit
