Arrived at the apartment at 4pm expecting to check in as reception stated they did not close till 6pm. No one was in reception and the main entrance to the door was locked therefore me and my partner were locked outside the building unable to contact any one or even get in out of the cold. Around an hour and 30 minutes later after speaking to the holiday provider they were unable to get into contact with the hotel therefore essentially leaving us homeless on the first night of our holiday. Residents did attempt to help us but due to it all being passcodes that we did not have- we could not even attempt to find our room. Since returning home (Monday 16th December) we have still not received any contact from the apartments about this experience. Honestly bit of a joke.

Apartment hotel in.. But of both has nothing, old and dilapidated entrance .. Run by ghost people nn I have never seen anyone in 3 days apart a girl who replaced the corner cafeteria .. Small and uncomfortable rooms.. uncomfortable and deformed beds.. Missing hot water some nights we had to wash with cold water .. Nobody changing tablecloths or cleaning... Not to mention the misadventure that a couple of our friends went through who booked with us .. their reservation was nn so nn had rooms available for them and slept in my room on the ground for 3 nights no one cared about the situation .. To be noted that the room was paid in advance.. I do not recommend it

Bad experience. We booked this property with a couple of friends (2 rooms) 1 month before departure. After about 2 days from the date of presentation and for serious health problems, we asked the property to be able to cancel a room. The owner did not want to know anything about the situation despite the well in advance and the only option he offered was a date change. Now for goodness sake, it was not guaranteed that he would do it, but I thought that given the immediacy of the request and especially for such a serious reason, the owner had not had the slightest doubt about what to do and instead .. As for the communication I can say that it was really bad, often did not respond or respond after days. Now let's go to the feed that friends who went gave me. The structure is very dated but is quite centrally located, the rooms are small and dirty, my friend found dust on the bedside tables and even hair between the sheets, the sheets had strange and ambiguous stains and the doors were very dirty. Lots of noises and creaks and hot water coming and going. After changing rooms (i.e. the extra room paid for), the situation improved a little but not much. The sheets were never changed and no one ordered or cleaned the rooms, the bubble baths were open and used. Also, breakfast present at the time of booking, was not included. I never did negative reviews but this one deserved to be done. The choice is yours
