I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Premier in Kraków and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always approachable. They were happy to answer questions and offered excellent recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to try, and how to make the most of our time in Kraków.
The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths. It's just a short and pleasant walk to the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city's historic streets, cafés, restaurants, and attractions without needing transport. There's also a beautiful park directly across the road, which was a lovely place to take a walk and enjoy some quieter moments away from the bustling city centre.
My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere throughout, with tasteful décor and thoughtful amenities that made it feel both modern and welcoming.
Breakfast exceeded expectations every morning. There was an impressive selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, breads, cereals, cheeses, and cooked options, along with coffee and juices. The variety meant there was something for everyone, and it was the perfect way to start each day.
The Best Western Premier offers fantastic value for money with its excellent location, comfortable rooms, outstanding breakfast, and genuinely friendly staff. It was the perfect base for exploring Kraków, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended.
