Campanile Krakow

Very central hotel in front of the conservatory in a very quiet location. Clean rooms and good breakfast

Great location, in a quiet and central area: just a few steps from the center and close to the train station. Comfortable and quiet room, with tea and coffee supplies. Adjustable air conditioning from the room. Large and comfortable shower, clean towels, and hand sanitizer dispensers. Still and sparkling water available in dispensers on the floors. Varied and abundant breakfast, although predominantly savory.

Rooms are very clean with comfortable bed and tea/coffee facility. No English channels on TV but able to watch Netflix using your own password, also YouTube. Not recommended for elderly or disabled guests as the bath/ shower is high ,deep and slippery with no bath mat or grab handle to aid safe exit. Breakfast is adequate but a little chaotic at present as they are using a small conference room presumably while the restaurant is being refurbished. No room service. No safe. Having said all that, the hotel is in the perfect position to experience Krakow. But be aware that although Bolt taxis are able to drop you at the hotel they are not allowed to pick up passengers as the hotel is in the old town. The nearest pick up is in the adjacent street Mikolajska 21 ( the Bolt app does not advise you of that when you make the booking)
