City Sm Spa & Wellness Hotel

Stayed here for one night. I think I have an different impression of what 3 stars is than this hotel does. Dirty rooms, plastic madress, very old looking hotel. Shower pressure was almost gone too. Not worth re-visiting.

The bathroom was ok. The furniture in the rooms is ancient. The staff was totally overwhelmed with the 3 buses at the buffet morning and evening, although there were intervals between meal times. It took far too long to refill plates, you can prepare something like this😏. We got fed up but missed the good Polish cuisine. There was a bottle of water in the room every day but the beds were not made. There was a youth group in the house. Above us in the room it was very noisy, a hotel is not a youth hostel after all😳. The hotel is worth Max 1-2 stars😉.

The hotel is characterized by a good location. Half board was good. The rooms were a bit dated. The staff were mostly friendly. You reach the city center. In 4 tram stations. A spa area is also available.
