Cleanliness 8/10 Atmosphere 5/10 Location 8/10 Equipped 9/10 Security 7/10 Staff 6/10 Everything is clean at any given time, not spotless though. Good shower rooms with possibility to actually put your clothes somewhere and not just the floor. Huge lockers in very spacious rooms. However, room floors and beds are sooooo squeaky (to a point where it's basically safety feature, haha: You can always hear if somebody openes the door, walks around or climbs a bed, even if you were asleep). Bedside lamp, power plug and proper shelf to put belongings during the night next to every bed! The dorm rooms are not renovated like the private rooms that are shown in the pictures. Not so busy area, so not a lot of noise from the outside, even with open windows. Well equipped kitchen with free black tea and coffee. Unfortunately, not a lot of atmosphere, people hanging around were mainly busy with their notebooks. Staff is okay, not overly happy to answer questions + they had difficulties shortening my reservation (I've checked that before & was told it will be fine to do so, the next day the receptionist told me it is not possible and she has to check with the manager. We are talking about cancelling a refundable booking's night 3d before...).

I loved the location, so easy to navigate! I booked a twin room (shared bathroom), everything was super comfortable and clean amd safe. I also loved the 24/7 reception as had a late flight. Throughly enjoyed Krakow amd would definitely recommend the Dizzy, especially for the price you cannot go wrong.

Cozy hostel, friendly staff, neat room for two, nothing extra, clean bathroom, shared by two rooms. Near the centre, train station, shops. Coffee, tea free bonus from the hostel. Anyway, I loved it. If I can, I'll stop again.
