Grand Hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff didn't speak much English so hard to communicate sometimes, didn't have any food there as ate out mostly as done trips. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, had bath robes in room, toiletries, free wifi, there is a mini bar in the room, but beware as they charge for this, cheaper to go to supermarket across the road and get a drink there if you wanted to drink in your room. Would highly recommend staying here

Tired and dated is far from 5☆ The fitness room on the 4th floor with 3 pieces of equipment and alongside the Sauna this is s significant health & Safety risk... temperature is dangerously hot to worlout

The hotel and location were very good. Although it was definitely not 5 star. My room was very small, could not fit a bedside table in. In the bathroom were 3 shampoo complementry bottles, no shower gel. I had no milk in the room. The double bed had 2 single duvets on it which was not very comfortable. I asked if I could get a drink at the bar, and was told the bar was not open, I had to wait and have a drink with my evening meal. I went half board, and my evening meal was what they gave me, no choice, and it was cold. I did tell the receptionist she said the hotel was usually only bed and breakfast? Why did I pay for half board?.. The next evening she asked if I wanted dinner, I said no, she then said I hadn't paid for al a carte restaurant, very confusing, as paid a lot of money for my holiday. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice. The staff were not helpful, couldn't get to see manager, as was never there when I was. I would not recommend anyone going to the Grand Hotel krakow.
