Ibis Krakow Centrum

Extremely disappointing experience at Ibis Krakow Centrum. The AC didn’t work for all 3 nights, and despite complaining every day, nothing was ever resolved — just endless excuses. Worse than the broken AC was how dismissive and unprofessional the staff were about it. I was repeatedly told it was being handled, clearly just to get rid of me. For the price I paid, this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. Avoid.

Staff - Hit or miss, some were quite rude and some were more than helpful within the hotel Room - standard size, clean ish but room flooring is quite stained that gives it a slight dirty affect. Can hear corridor noise quite clearly. TV’s are not smart. We had 2 twin beds, they were very uncomfy and each day woke up with a sore back and kneck. Only 1 pillow per bed with no option for more. Location - Has a supermarket right outside and 3 local shops near the hotel as well as a pharmacy and petrol garage. Also plenty of food options close by too and a restaurant within the hotel. Around a 10-15 walk to the city centre. Facilities within the hotel - Water machines for water bottles, restaurant in house, rent a bike
