I'll keep it short Bed: full of stains, yes, they checked the back too Toilet: stank of urine the whole time, which was unbearable on the last day, I would even rather go to the Frankfurt main station to pee where at least the toilet brush was new and not full of mold from the ghetto era. And the toilet seat was broken since day 1 and was never replaced for us. Shower: The shower head is loose or broken, no idea what it was. But it made the whole bathroom wet, which already broke the wooden door. You always had to ask for towels and when we needed towels we always had to ask and if you didn't ask in time you were out of luck and had to wait until the next day. Cupboards: I didn't dare put anything in the cupboards because it would have smelled. Breakfast: 39 zloty per person, yes, delicious food, but it's better to go for coffee 2 minutes' walk next door and pay 20 zloty and get something decent for both of you. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again but luckily I liked the city of Krakow so much that the worst thing was just the hotel. And no, we couldn't change because everything was online and had already been paid for. We wanted a clean environment at least for a 3 star hotel. If you’re looking for a comfy bed and hot shower with a basic breakfast this place is ideal. Quite central only a few minutes from the city centre. Staff speak basic English and are quite helpful. On the other hand, unfortunately coffee was not good.

We visited that hotel in 2012. It was through voucher therefore price was even better than we booked the hotel by normal way. We enjoyed dinners in lovely summer garden the most. Krakow is beautiful city which offers plenty of oportunities what to do and what to see. We could afford more since the prices are pretty less than in other Europe's big cities.
