Matejko Hotel

Location is what this hotel is all about. Yes, its dated but we felt that was part of the charm. Maids super kind and friendly. Bottle of water in room, shower gels replenished, towels fresh when required Bed made nicely Breakfast bit of a scrum, but plenty of choice so you can find something to eat what ever your preference We loved the hotel, slept really well And would certainly go back.

Old favourite in Krakow because ot its central position near the old town and train/bus stations. Basic three star rooms, but sadly not enough plug sockets to charge your device and power the bedside lamps.

Unfortunately Location 70s .Personale at reception always with head bowed, never a greeting or a word in Italian!!!! Room without infamy and praise very meager (no minibar, no kettle) and bathroom with the essential .The breakfast so vaunted a little 'expensive for the products offered (savory with little choice and sweet all packaged) that were taken out ahead of time. The only positive note is the centrality of the place within easy reach of the train/bus station and the most important attractions. Quality/price at discretion!!!!
