Novotel Krakow Centrum

The hotel is located almost directly across from the Vistula River; it is not the most central, but it is not too far either. The hotel, overall, is fine. The breakfast has an acceptable variety. I had a problem with the room, as I was given one on the first floor right at the corner, so I could hear all the noise from the street. Otherwise, the room was spacious and appeared renovated, although there was a bit of dampness at the top of the wall. I requested a room change, and the receptionists were very kind and resolved it without any problem. I was given the second room on the highest floor, which I appreciated since in this one, I could hear absolutely nothing. It is true that the room was less modern; it was clear that it had not yet been renovated, but since I prioritize rest, it did not bother me. The rooms are spacious, the beds seemed quite comfortable, and the pillows were as well. They have air conditioning, and there is even an ironing board and iron in the room, which is convenient.

Well located hotel twenty minutes walk from main square close to river and castle.Hotel is very clean with lovely staff- special mention to Rafel on reception professional friendly and very helpful a real asset.Rather surly bearded barman the only exception.We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Hotel located 10/15 minutes walk from the old town. Hotel with many services, indoor pool fitness room sauna playground with billiard table and table tennis. Spacious room as per novotel standard, excellent cleanliness. Super breakfast with lots of quality products.
