We booked through Booking.Com believing it was at the address shown on search i.e. ‘Reception: 34 Rynek Główny, Kraków’, which is in the main square but it seems there may have been small print somewhere that advised that our room was 15 minutes away. Saying that, we were given a double sided laminate with a map and picture of the building along with two sets of keys. We must say, the room was very nice, we had booked a ‘Studio Premium’ and it had a living room / kitchenette, a double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers, all very clean and tidy. The TV in the living room had one English Channel ’Sky News’ but we weren’t there for TV. The Wi-Fi worked fine. For the price it was still very good value and just for clarity and feedback there were one or two things to note, the noise of the trams late at night and early in the morning takes a few days to get used to and if you go out the back smoke area your key fob doesn’t work to get back in and you have to scale the fence to the back road... Room 9, 32 Starowislna Street. Thanks.
