Ostoya Palace Hotel

We recently (March 2020) stayed at the Ostoya Palace. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed, although fresh milk with the tea/coffee facilities would have been nice. All staff we encountered at reception and at breakfast were extremely helpful and pleasant. We booked trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines through reception and both were excellent. We ate in the Kuranty pub one evening - lovely meal and reasonably priced. Few minutes walk into the old quarter. Would definitely recommend this hotel and location.

What a lovely Hotel, not far from the Market Square. We had a delux room with an ensuite. The room was clean and the ensuite had clean towels, slippers etc The staff are really nice, very helpful, they really do make you feel welcome. The breakfast was so nice. A good place stay for a weekend.

Hotel was nice but rooms are a little dated. Bed is rock hard but can get a decent nights sleep. Good location and very close to square and not far from airport. Shower nozzle a little broken but shower fine. Thought we would have got a bath for what we paid and with having palace in the name of the hotel. Didnt get the food but friends said food is lovely and would recommend the pierogi. Good selection of craft beers in the bar and even had alcohol free beer for my friend.
