Friendly receptionist. Room of reasonable size but decor needs updating. Excellent location for tourists within easy reach of many sights and tours. Helpful staff and clean room. Felt a bit accosted by restaurant staff at entrance unfortunately.

I love this comfy and cozy hotel. The location and daily included breakfast are wonderful. My smallish room was perfect for me as a solo. The bathroom is a small but I managed to make it work. The daily maid service was a pleasant amenity. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are cooled and clean, we slept very comfortably. More than one pillow would have been welcome but I didn’t ask in fairness. Hairdryer is tightly screwed to the wall on a short coiled cable, works well if you are a left-handed 185cm (6ft) person. Otherwise it’s awkward. Door hits the light fitting when opened. Breakfast is very good, the staff there are friendly, chopped fruit, eggs cooked to order, decent coffee. Really the reception staff and sky bar let the place down. I asked for restaurant recommendations in the area in advance and was told to use their own restaurant. I asked in person a d was told to google it. Honestly, i appreciate the human local recommendations, otherwise I would have booked a keyless entry hotel with AI for staff. I asked for tips for using public transportation, as I could not find a working pay machine, and again was told to go look it up. I asked which tram to get to the old town, and the receptionist rolled her eyes and said she would look it up on the internet for me, and print it. Which she did not, she said next, and led other guests away to the restaurant. Sky bar was a rip off. Asked for a couple of sprites with a sprig of mint (aka no-alcohol mojito) for the kids and was charged for cocktails (alcoholic mojitos.) An aperol Spritz was the most expensive ive seen in Poland. No cooling or shade at sky bar and staff were in ignore-mode, very busy with checklists No welcome greeting or thanks when leaving. The location is great, physically it’s good. Just a few staff letting it down.
