Sheraton Grand Krakow

Staff, amenities, and rooms are all excellent. The breakfast buffet is expansive. The gym has good options. The location is excellent. And, the front desk, concierge, dining staff, and GM -- all excellent. We strongly recommend this hotel for business and leisure.

The hotel service was top notch. Hotel Porter met us outside to collect our luggage before we even entered the hotel. Reception staff were polite, helpful, explained everything about the hotel. Rooms were clean, stocked up, and house cleaning service always arrived in the mornings to tidy up the room and restock. Central restaurant area was always clean, staff accommodating, and great food and awesome breakfast. Emilia at the bar was fantastic! Recommended several different drinks, food and desert. I ended up ordering her special bourbon bang cocktail! It was delicious! Will definitely stay here again next time in Kraków.
