Vienna House Andel’s Cracow

The hotel is located right next to the train station on the edge of the old town. Everything is within walking distance. This leads to walking plenty of kilometers due to the number of sights worth seeing. Our suite had a fantastic panoramic balcony overlooking the old town. The furniture there invited immediate relaxation, which we took advantage of right after our arrival with a cool drink and a snack. For relaxed evenings in our spacious room, we wished that we could receive a few German channels on one of the two televisions or connect our smartphone. But unfortunately, that was not possible. Noteworthy is the large hotel-owned parking garage. To reach it, however, one must ignore the traffic sign "No Entry."

This wasn’t the first time that I have stayed at Andel’s in Krakow.The hotel is nice, I like the location, and the staff is great. This time I was shocked by how clean it was. First, the shower head was turned the wrong way and water run all over the bathroom floor. I wiped the floor with white towels and they stayed perfectly white, even dark corners under the sink were clean. Next day I’ve spilled water over black desk, whipped it with a white towel and it stayed nice and white. I am looking forward to staying there again, Janina

We visited Maverick's restaurant twice, once when we had just arrived and then for our breakfast on the final day. The main meals were lovely, we had the risotto and the linguine. Just what we needed after an early flight. Staff were great, very welcoming and patient with us. Breakfast was great. This is a hotel so you can have the full works for 90zly, but we were from 'outside' so we chose dish each with coffee and orange juice. I had the Turkish Eggs - two poached free range eggs on yoghurt with a chilli sprinkling. A really good mix. Again the staff were great and welcoming. If you are staying at the hotel they supply house plants for you to take to your room if you so wish!
