Villa Zakamycze

We give a 5 stars to this hotel as it exceeded our expectations. Is a family run hotel with great friendly and helpful staff (The manager Suzanne and her team), breakfast was better than expected, the location was great for us as it was a 10min drive from Krakow airport, 20 mins drive to krakow city centre and 10mins away there was a great shopping centre (factory), you may meed a car to get to the hotel though but they might offer transfer (we don't know as we had a car). Also the best was the heated indoor swimming pool and you had the options to request massage service at reasonable price. Definitely a 5 stars review for this hotel category and excellent value for money.

Very good place to sleep before or after flight. Only problem was that we booked room for 2+1 (2 yrs old) and no extra bed was in room. But they added cot when asked. Ceiling is a bit low. Parking is comofortable. No elevator if this is important! There is a fridge in the hallway. Very quiet.

Stayed here for 4 nights, and it was beautiful. Had the room with the jacuzzi bath, and it was magnificent. My partner asked for the romantic package so I had rose petals on the bed and around the bath, candles, wine and chocolate. It was perfect. The bathroom is well decorated for a relaxing soak, very neutral. The bed was comfy, and the room was spacious. The outside areas were clean and spacious, very calming and relaxing. The pool was clean, and lovely, especially the sauna as well. Breakfast was always fresh and very tasty. The staff were very kind and friendly, and were lovely in most languages. Would go again, definitely recommend!
