I would put 10 stars if I could! 1. My experience stated with email communication with reception about the room. Not only the reception replies instantly even during late hours/ weekends, but also, they are the most patient team I have witnessed so far! I was asking for a room with a bath and a view and the balcony and I was changing the dates. Essentially, I got exactly the room that I wanted, so thank you! 2. On the pictures rooms looked a bit outdated, so I was kind of ready for it. However, our room was just perfect! Spacious bathroom, the most comfortable bed and pillows, also there was a good kettle and a fridge! Not to mention a smart TV! Carpets, furniture and blankets also were in a very good conditions! I was impressed! 3. Location- the hotel is right in the heart of Zakopane, so it is easy to get to the store, restaurants, etc. There is also a gorgeous park, which was perfect for us, as we came with our furry friend(another great advantage of the hotel) Skiing resorts are also very close (around 15 mins by car). 4. We had a package deal with breakfast and Christmas dinner- it was awesome. I loved it! Thank you Helios Zakopane for the Amazing Christmas Week!

Basic budget hotel but we have no complaints as we were only there really to sleep in. Staff spoke very good English and were always helpful. Breakfast was appetising and the room although needing a little TLC were comfortable and clean We were surprised that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned but again we weren’t spending enough time in it for it needing to be cleaned every day. There was no mirror in our room only in the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient There’s no hairdryers provided in the rooms but they are available from front desk if you ask. We did eat an evening meal there which was excellent The hotel is close to bus and rail station and town is just a short walk away Would we stay again? Probably as it was comfortable and clean enough for what we needed

For a 2 star hotel, there is not much to complain about. The hotel is very well located, next to a large park and close to the city center, you can park your car in the hotel's free parking lot and do everything on foot. The room is large because there is also a corner with a sofa. Only problem in my opinion: there is no blackout curtain, so you wake up early with daylight. Also, if you are in rooms 108/109/110, 208/209/210 or 308/309/310, you are right in the staircase passage and there is a lounge area where Polish people like to meet to drink and eating, until 10 p.m., relatively noisy, but they still respect the fact of clearing the space at 10 p.m. You must indicate with the small cardboard document to hang on your door that you want your room cleaned because this is not automatic. Reception lends a hair dryer if needed. Breakfast was personally not to my taste, a lot of salty foods such as hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, pâté in jelly, salad with sauce... but you can get by with a little more classic sweetness. Very good establishment.
